These easy delicious cookies are made using chocolate spread
You will need:
110 g unsalted butter, softened
110 g caster sugar
225 g self raising flour
pinch of salt
50 g white chocolate chunks, chilled
4 heaped tbsp Nutella or similar chocolate spread
♥ Cream together the butter and sugar
♥ Gradually add the beaten egg
♥ Add sifted flour and salt. Mix gently to combine.
♥ Carefully fold in the chocolate spread and chocolate chunks. You want a marble effect rather than all being incorporated.
♥ Spoon tablespoons of the mixture spaced apart on a lined baking tray. Makes about 24.
♥ Bake for about 15 minutes until lightly golden at oven 190 °C / Gas mark 5.
♥ Leave to cool for a few minutes then transfer to a cool completely on a wire rack.
